Gail is very rude. She treats customers like a number instead of like people. Also dont appreciate the advertising of ammo ,then when I drive straight there to get it ,they LIED they dont have it.

Have no issue with staff whatsoever. Purchased 5 boxes of Readyline's manufactured 45-70 ammunition. Returned home and found the ammo that THEY manufactured will not go into battery on 3 different high end 45-70 rifles that I own. 1 round had been fired out of 1 box. literally had to beat the case out with a cleaning rod. Noticed almost every single box was the same. They returned all boxes with the exception of 1 that had 1 round missing. Not my fault they created a sub par product. Ammo is not within SAAMI specs. Loved the place up until this point. I spend lots of $$$ on guns and ammunition. which will now be spent elsewhere. All over $17.00. Gentleman running the counters were great and understanding. Oh well! Onto Shoot Point Blank.

Terrible customer service. I stopped in to ask about a specific model, which they were out of but said would be delivered in later. Called back, and given a contradictory answer then abruptly hung up on. Would never recommend going there.
